Booking Policy
All appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking portal. This process ensures you receive a confirmation email and prevents any potential double bookings, safeguarding both your time and ours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling made the day prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service fee. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a 100% charge. This policy applies to all clients without exception.
Arrival Procedure
Upon your arrival, kindly send a text message to notify us. We will let you know when to come back. Pamela will come up to greet new clients. Please refrain from entering the studio while I am with another client and sitting outside my room. If in doubt, feel free to check in with the front desk assistant for guidance.
Refund Policy
We have a no-refund policy for all services rendered. This is of course up to Pamela’s discretion. We offer lash corrections within 72 hours
