Pamela Tate
For as far back as I can remember, I devoured every fashion magazine I could get my hands on. I grew up with a love for 90’s supermodels & makeup! It was no surprise that my first job landed me in a makeup store. I spent years working inside the best makeup departments including Sephora, Beauty Brands, Ulta, Nordstrom, & of course every girls dream, Neiman Marcus. I worked there as a Business Manager & really learned the business side of cosmetic retail & so much more. My sales of an exclusive line of makeup & skincare for Neiman Marcus beat out every other counter in the country earning me trips to Vegas & Japan.
My newfound love for skincare meant I decided to leave Neiman Marcus to become an esthetician. So, in 2009, I began my career as an expert in makeup & skin treatments. Since then I’ve worked in film and television, having had the privilege of working on set with President George Bush and legendary names like Roger Staubach.
I have taught makeup & skincare at top talent agencies like John Casablanca. With a career spanning over 20 years, I decided to move from Prosper to Dallas, TX to take my career to the next level.
That’s when lashing found me. I worked my way up to becoming a Master Stylist for the fastest growing lash franchise in the country, Amazing Lash Studio. My love of lashing, makeup, skin, & beauty has convinced me to start the journey of building my dream company. An environment where the customers and staff are treated the way they were when Stanley Marcus was alive. A place that people want to work bc there simply is no better place in the world. Where a customers name is never forgotten & where customer service is all in the details.
I’m excited to bring a NEW ‘speak easy vibe’ to the Dallas beauty industry that rings of old school traditions!
